Über WifOR

Das unabhängige Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitut WifOR ist ein Spin-Off der Technischen Universität Darmstadt. Seit unserer Gründung 2009 übersetzen wir volkswirtschaftliche Analysen in Entscheidungsgrundlagen – in den Bereichen Arbeitsmarkt, Nachhaltigkeit und Gesundheit. Unsere Mission: mithilfe von Studien datenbasierte Lösungen für die Anforderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu entwickeln, globale Standards in der Impact-Messung zu setzen und die Bedeutung von Gesundheitsinvestitionen weltweit sichtbar zu machen. Unser Fokus liegt zudem auf der praxisorientierten Wirtschaftsforschung. WifOR beschäftigt über 75 Mitarbeitende in Deutschland und Griechenland. 

Zur Unterstützung des Impact Analysis-Teams in ihren Forschungstätigkeiten suchen wir eine*n Werkstudent*in für mind. 15 Stunden/Woche an einem unserer Standorte (Darmstadt, Berlin oder Leipzig) oder hybrid.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung verschiedener Managementaufgaben im Impact Analysis Team sowie Mitarbeit an externen und internen Projekten
Literaturrecherche und Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts im Forschungsbereich der Wertschöpfungs- und Nachhaltigkeitsanalyse
Erstellung von Projekt- und Themen-Übersichten und Präsentationen

Dein Profil

Student*in in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang (z.B. VWL oder BWL), mindestens noch sechs Monate verbleibend
Interesse an makroökonomischen Zusammenhängen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
Selbstständigkeit, Sorgfalt, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

About WifOR

To support our Impact Analysis team with their tasks in their research field, we are looking for a working student for at least 10 hours per week, either on-site at one of our locations (Darmstadt, Berlin, or Leipzig) or in a hybrid setup.

Your tasks

Assisting with various management tasks within the Impact Analysis Team for external and internal projects
Literature research and support in daily business in sustainability and value added research
Creating project and topic overviews as well as presentations

Your profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in economical sciences (e.g., Economics, Business Administration) with at least six months of study remaining
Affinity for macroeconomic complexities
Proficient German and English skills
Confident use of MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive working style, as well as strong team spirit
